It's a Wonderful Life Movie

So Recently I watched the movie called It's a Wonderful Life.

We Watched it for Christmas. 

I have had experience when my grandpa, when he had to go to the hospital.

He had been smoking and one of his arteries got clogged.

He had to stay in the awful smelling hospital for 2 weeks. 

When he got home we were all so glad that he was back and safe and we realized that Life is wonderful and that you should enjoy every moment of it.

A little bit afterward we watched the movie It's a Wonderful life when this man hated his life because he had lost all of his money.

So he wished he had never been born.

Then his guardian angel made it so he wasn't born.

Then he saw all of the things that happened  because he wasn't born, It was horrible.

Then the angel made him born again.

Then he got home and all of the people from the town gave him money and his richest friend gave him 25 thousand. Then he was the richest man in the town with his family.

There is also a cool comedy show on this it is called It's a wonderful life Studio c. 

Lord of the rings

So I have recently been reading Lord of the rings.

It is a great book it is fantasy but my favorite character is Boromir.

He is a human but he was very strong. He killed 20 orcs before he died. He got tempted by the ring of power made by Saruan.

Frodo has the ring and now they are goind to try to destroy it with Gandalf, Aragorn who wields the sword that was broken and then reforged, and then Gimli and Legoles. Gimli is a Dwarf.

Legolas is an elf.

Gandalf is a good wizard.

And Aragorn is a man.

and Frodo is a hafling / hobbit.

I also like the Ents, they are trees that were given the power to speak and move by the elves and they are very slow.

I would highly recommend this book.

Soccer things I need to work on

So I am eleven now and I need to work on a few things in soccer. I am still young and now is the best time to create good habits, because it is harder to change when you get older.
So I have always been kind of quiet when playing soccer.
So the first thing I need to change is talking louder and more because I play center back with the GPS elite red team.
But on my other team GPS north shore I am the youngest because I am playing up on that team. I play Center midfield on that team. I prefer midfield over center back because you don't have as much responsibility and I can score more. I am also not the last line of defense. I have always played midfield and I have always liked it. But if I do play midfield more than I need to work on my quick feet and know what to do with the ball and not lose it as much. On the 2005 team I am the biggest kid that is also probably why they put me at center back. I also need to work on attacking the ball in the air if I play center back more. After the spring season next year I am going to maybe play with the Seacoast  united team. They are also 2005.

30 years war

So the thirty years war started way back with Charles V.
So Charles had a brother and his name was Ferdinand. He got the title holy Roman emperor after his brother died Charles V. Then when Ferdinand died he passed the german lands and title down to his son Maximilian who then passed it onto his son Matthias. And then when Matthias died he had no children so he gave it to his cousin Ferdinand II. At those times Germany was a country and had a lot of different little places all ruled by different princes. And the Princes could choose to either be Catholic or Protestant. Most of the princes were Protestant but Ferdinand like his Great uncle Charles V was a Catholic. He did not like Protestant people he passed some laws that made the people in his part of Germany to be Catholic. The Protestant people didn't like this, especially in this on part called Bohemia. They took up their people to protest against Ferdinand. But Ferdinand was not it Germany. But he had left to people to rule his land for him. When the people came to protest the two people got scared and told them to leave but they broke in and threw them out of a window 50 ft from the ground. But they landed in poooooop splaat. So they were safe. But when Ferdinand came back he got mad. After a little bit he wanted to be the Holy roman emperor but he first had to convince 7 other princes. So he got an army with help from Austria and Spain and he went to Bohemia and killed all of the rebels very quickly and he executed anyone who tried to oppose him. Then he took the Protestant land and gave it to his Catholics. But instead of having no one else try to go with the rebellion people got worried and denmark and england joined forces and attacked Ferdinand when they met a lot of people died and it went on for actually 41 years not 30.

Tobacco in North America and African slaves

So from Europe people went to the Americas because they had a lot of good things like furs, fresh fish, and gold. But once all of the gold ran out then they found a new gold green gold. Tobacco, People tried planting tobacco at North america but they said that it did not taste good it was to bland lacked taste. So they took tobacco seeds from Spain and then they planted it there. They made their tobacco like this. First they would plant the tobacco then they would take the leaves and dry them and then roll them into dust. So they started planting a lot of tobacco in north america. Then they would smoke it. But the king didn't like it he said that the tobacco was bad for the people and ruined their lungs. The people didn't have good doctors back then so they kept on smoking tobacco. But soon they had to much tobacco and they had start making farms. But for farms they needed people to take care of them so when the farms got bigger they started getting slaves from Africa. So first the Europeans went to Africa traded pots and pans and other stuff like that for slaves then they went to North America and then they traded slaves for furs, fish, tobacco and other things, then they went back to Europe. This was called the triangular trade. After this Africa started losing a lot of people. So they started to stand their ground and not let the Europeans take their people. In one part of Africa an African queen named Ana Nzinga Mbande. She had a couple sisters and she helped the king fight the Europeans. This battle went on for a long time and soon the king died and someone else inherited the throne. But he was a coward and did not really want to fight the Europeans. Nzinga was mad she told him to fight them. A little after she got an English army general to help them and train their army to use guns. And soon they were doing pretty good but then the king called for peace and he told Nzinga to tell them to stop. So she went and called for peace and all was well.

Soccer best sport ever

So to me soccer IS the best sport in the world. Ok maybe your thinking but I am to old I can't play soccer, well you can still watch and that is almost as good as playing it. But if you can play it you might say I don't like it because I am not very good. Well you can either play with other not very good kids or you can try to get better. I would recommend getting better. Ok but what if your one of the people that is good but not good enough for that team. Two solutions. One bad and one good. The bad one is to give up soccer and try a different sport. The good solution is to work hard and get better for that team. I just love soccer but what if your one of the people who says OK I can't run well this one is a little more long term but still you can play soccer while not running that fast. Goalkeeper is the short term one and the long term one is losing weight by eating good food with full fat and not eat grains. You also can excercise like riding a bike or walking and then jogging a little.
I hope you try out soccer and if you don't at least watch it. I don't play any other competitive sport but soccer.

My play in soccer practice

So today in practice I had a very good play. I was wearing the Adidas 16.2 cage soccer shoes. So this practice session I was doing a lot of really good hard tackles and on one of those I stole it from this kid named Logan. and I dribbled past him then I took the ball and faked one way and went the other way against a kid named Sames but the touch was a little to long and another kid named Finn hesitated a little bit which gave me enough time to poke the ball threw his legs then another of my team mates almost took the ball but let it come to me and then I came to this defender which I didn't do very good against the other times but this time I was able to make him take my bait and go one way while I went the other and the I did a low driven cross that went to this kid named Carmen but he couldn't get a good foot on it and it went wide. And that was my good play.
